When do courses start?
As soon as you sign-up. You will receive two emails to confirm your subscription. The third email will be the first part of the course. After that you can study in your own time. If you have questions, you can email me at Martina@eslyoga.com or post your question on the ESL Yoga facebook group.

Course 1: The basics of Yoga
Yoga level: beginner
English level: beginning intermediate
Skills: listening, writing

- Part 5: Why you do NOT have to be flexible to do Yoga!
